Ok.....I'M HOME!!!!!! Afetr a long three weeks at FT. Bragg North Carolina I am finally home. I left on the 3rd of june and we flew down there and after a full day of traveling I was sooooooo sore because despite the fact that I had the surgery on my back to fix the problem I did something and the problem didn't get fixed...just worse. So we got down there and went to check in to our highly crappy WWII baracks. ( found out the majority of them have asbestos in them so they are tearing them down and building new ones because the parents of soldiers returning from Iraq pitched a fit when they found out their heros were staying in filth). The high temperature was about 105 degrees the first day there and they say we do this training to prepare us for deployment to Iraq and I guess the weather definitly had us prepared. LOL. So after a few days of intense heat and boredome we heards that our vehicles were NOT getting shipped down there like it is supposed to ALL the time. So as the NCOes were discussing how to put together a convoy at the last minute I was trying to let them know that our vehiclesa would not make it on a drive down to North Carolina for a 14 hour drive...but they had no choice because we had to get our vehicles there. So they got a handful of inexperienced drivers and issued them licenses to drive there. They all made it safely and at the end of a long trip we ended up with 3 downed vehicles which me and my mechanics had to fix out in the middle of the woods. NOw just to let you all know I am an e-4 a specialist for the Army and usually somebody who runs a motorpool is an E-6 or above which is like a staff sergeant or higher. Basically they are the supervisors who know ALOT about vehicles and how to fix them...I am a worker and know just alittle bit....they put me in charge. So we get out to the field and I have to start finding parts to fix these vehicles and I have no clue where to even start. Thank God for my leadership because not only do I have to find parts I am in charge of about 10 people. Who ,by the way are the same rank as me or one step below and they also have a hard time listening to someone who is on their level. So I had to be a bitch to them on the first day just to let them know I wasn't gonna play ANY games with them. It all was good though because despite the fact that I am the only female in maintenance they have ALOTof respect for me because Not only was I their boss for 2 weeks I was still working with them and they helped me out ALOT. So in the end the vehicles got fixed after alot of ass kissing to alot of different people. So being a water unit we got a good spot right on a lake and at the close of business everyday we got the opportunity to go swimming..which was a great incentive in the 100 degree heat. Towards the end of our mission I had went back on post with my supply sergeant and we went to get a generator for a 5 ton truck and she got a call from our 1st sergeant and he said the sergeant major of our battalion wanted me back out in the field to talk to me.CRAP!!!! I was so nervous and scared and my mind was going crazy trying to figure out what I had done wrong. So I went back out and got to work squaring away my soldiers and someone started yelling " VIP in area" my heart dropped and I started to walk towards my 1st sergeant and he told me to come with him and we went to talk to the SGM....Long story short I got a coin (which is an honor from the SGM) and he said that I did an excellent job running maintenance and he wanted to recognize that and he gave me a coin! After that I went poop!!!HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA....He was a very nice guy and a very respectable man. All in all I got alot of help learning how to be in a leadership position and I have ALOT of respect for my leadership. So when it was all finally done I wanted to just go home and see my husband and kids and then I found out I had to ride a bus home. I can deal with that I guess..whatever gets me home as long as I get home. So I figured I would take some muscle relaxers to knock me out for thew entire ride and that didn't work out as well as I thought it would so at 11pm I took 2 vicodin and got comfortable(or tried to). I still couldnt sleep so at 1am I took 2 more. hmmmmmmmmm.....that almost worked too well. I was feeling REALLY good after that and fell right asleep. HEEHEE. So we stopped somewhere in Ohio at 6am and I was still really drugged up and fell off the bus! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. The bus driver was the nly one who saw me and asked if I was ok in mid laughter. I made the dumb"I'm embarrassed" laugh and got up and as I was walking inside the rest stop I was walking in zig zags. HAHA. So after a short stop we proceeded back home and finally got there about 11am and I set foot in my house at about 12:45pm. So my look at it was I had a great experience and I now know alittle better how to be a leader to my troops. We also had alot of fun when we weren't stressed out. So I am home now and getting settled back into my civilian life. This has been a long entry and I hope you all enjoyed it .
God Bless and Much Love.

Sorry
Ok so I've been slackin...I haven't posted anything since february. Alot has happened since then. Things were going so good I got caught up on all my bills me and my husband both had income and then all of a sudden it all chenged in a heartbeat. Ok so I got a phone call from some person asking if my husband name is Rudy and I said yes and she started asking me all kinds of weird quetions and finally I was like who is this and why are you asking me all these personal questions. She said she was from a collection agency and she was gonna add an old electric bill of his to my current bill which in turn would run my bill way up. So, Unaware that I have not been recieving a bill for my electric, cuz I've been so busy with work and the Army, I recieve a phone call saying that I gotta pay $742 and some odd cents to avoid a shut off. NO SHUT OFF BILL IN THE MAIL!!! so I argue with the customer service for about a half hour and basically it boiled down to the fact tht it was my faulkt that I did not get a shut off nothice in the mail. So I set up a payment plan. NOTHING IN THE MAIL!!!!!! So I call to let them know I am not getting mail from them and they say there is nothing they can do about it. JEEERRRKKKSSSS!!!! so on may 7 they came and shut my electric of with no warning. Is that legal with kids in the house? Obviously it is, but they don't care either way. So now I am in the process of asking the salvation army for help and I pray to GOD they do or I am screwed. I am also waiting on this government stimulus money we are suposedly getting but with my luck I won't get crap. So I am dealing with life as usual here in GR. things will get better eventually I never give up faith or hope. The good news is I finally got my back surgery to fix the herniated disc that was causing me so much pain the last few months. The doctor said I was really strong during the surgery and would make a good recovery. I got some good drugs to kill the pain too. Except I think my body is getting immune to the pain pills cuz the effect is gone so I stopped for a while I can deal with the pain.
My sister had her baby FINALLY!! we couldn't wait fopr that to happen cuz she was complaining too much..(heehee love you Libby). But I have a beautiful new niece and she is perfect! My step sister called me from Washinton state and announced she is getting married! YEA MEL!!! I just hope I can see her soon and meet this wonderful man of hers. UMMMMMMMMMM.....what else? I got offered an great opportunity with the Army but a few issues fell through but I still am working alot for them which means good money for this month and June. All I know is that my bills will get paid cuz I can't take this stress anymore. Well I guess thats al for now if I think of anything new I will let you all know. Hopefully I can post a blog for once and not bitch about life. Maybe some good news for once. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! YEA RIGHT NOT FOR ME!!

Finally.......
Ok I am FINALLY adding a new post. After recovering from the long holiday i am back in the grind and making some money. I finally got my bankruptcy filed and now I can get full checks from work again. I also finally called to make an appointment to take the entrance test to see if I am smart enough to start school in March. My only weakness is math. Of course. I just blindly filed my taxes online and the fact that I am getting a large amount back kind of scares me but God willing it will be fine and in 10 to 15 days I will actually have money in the bank. I have a V.I.P I really want to pay off so I can stop disappointing him. Everybody pray for me and my tax return.(HEEHEE) I know I will be cuz God knows I need it REALLY bad! Anyway I have been missing my daughter alot!I really want to spend some time with her but its hard. On the other hand little miss attitude that lives with me FINALLY got her monthly visitor! She kept whining and complaining that she wanted it sooooo bad and when she finally got it she acted like she was gonna DIE! She threw up once and downed alot of ibuprofen. HAHA Destiny NOW your a WOMAN! Her Dad on the other hand wants NOTHING to do with it he couldn't even handle us talking about it. HAHA Rudy she is finally a WOMAN!! And so the dilemma begins at age 12 1/2. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!! Anyway it seems as though things are finally looking up for us again, although Rudy hasn't been called back to work yet he is getting unemployment and I don't have to do this by myself like I thought, so thats a small plus. Well I guess I had more to get out then I thought but I am FINALLY done so everybody have a beautiful day.
